We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our Planning Team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our team of 10 planners, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the planning team, including diary management, meeting arrangements, and document preparation.
- Manage the team's billing process, including fee invoices and project spreadsheets.
- Prepare the team's weekly work list schedule in advance of weekly team meetings.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team's objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent administration and time management skills.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accurate typing skills and ability to work with financial spreadsheets.
