Job Title: Planning Team Administrator/Technical Admin

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Planning Team as a Team Administrator in our Birmingham office.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, well-organized, and diligent individual to provide administrative and technical support to our Planning team of 10 fee earners. As part of a fast-paced professional and corporate environment, you will be responsible for managing diaries, arranging meetings, and preparing reports and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and technical support to the Planning team
  • Manage diaries and arrange meetings and bookings
  • Typing and formatting of letters, reports, tenders, and emails
  • Raise fee invoices and manage the team's billing process
  • Prepare the team's weekly work list schedule in advance

Key Skills:

  • Excellent administration and time management skills
  • Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Highly numerate and comfortable with managing financial spreadsheets
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Resilient personality and ability to work as part of a team
