Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role:
Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, empower, and encourage talent in the restaurant to drive business success.
- Have a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, as well as ensuring back-of-house activities enable the restaurant's successful commercial execution.
- Understand the importance of local and global business strategy and translate this into the delivery of restaurant, regional, and division KPIs.
- Use data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified.
- Be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
- Have a positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for the brand's product and core values.
