Breakfast Sous Chef

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Breakfast Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will play a vital role in preparing and presenting delicious breakfast dishes for our guests, ensuring consistent quality and exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of breakfast dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Manage food inventory and minimize waste.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for breakfast cuisine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
