Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Supervisor to join our team at our Sevenoaks Bagging Plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our plant, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of plant operations, including the supervision of staff and the coordination of production activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on plant performance, including production targets, quality control, and maintenance requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar operations environment, with a strong understanding of plant management and production processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
