IBA Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IBA Manager to join our team at Insight Recruitment Solutions. As an IBA Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of our IBA function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including the integration of frontline credit control processes into the IBA team.
  • Manage the production of client money calculations in accordance with CASS5 and ensure timely collection of premiums.
  • Oversee management reporting, including aged debts, unallocated cash, funding, and bad debts.
  • Lead staff management, mentoring, and development.
  • Assist with complicated client ledger queries and participate in further projects.
  • Collaborate with senior management on finance matters.
