Job Title: Second Chef

We're seeking an experienced Second Chef to join our team. As a specialist in creating exceptional Neapolitan pizzas, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of kitchen staff
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance
  • Managing stock and inventory
  • Developing and implementing successful pizza launches
  • Maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities
  • Auditing food quality and presentation
