Restaurant Operations Leader

Are you an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service? If so, consider the role of Supervisor at Gourmet Burger Kitchen.
In this position, you will manage the daily operations of the restaurant, serving as a key member of the front-of-house team and gaining insights into our operational excellence.

- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service consistently.
- A desire to realize your potential and assist others in achieving theirs by leading with positivity and authenticity.
- The ability to think quickly, manage multiple tasks, and make critical decisions as necessary.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, managing shifts and guiding a team, or substantial experience in the hospitality sector seeking advancement.
