We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist provision school in Blackpool. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or young people with SEMH, SEN, or similar needs, and will possess a calm, empathetic, and patient approach. You will be able to manage challenging situations with confidence and resilience, and will have strong communication and teamwork skills.

In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored learning plans and provide one-on-one or group support to students. You will also assist with the planning and implementation of educational health care plans, and will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to support students' holistic development.
