Regional Account Executive - Grocery South East

Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team in the South East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our grocery customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive availability and secondary placements of Red Bull products in grocery stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Regional Area Managers, Category Managers, and Supply Team members.
  • Work closely with our field sales agency to align on store-level availability, merchandising, and visibility priorities.
  • Plan, forecast, track, and review sales performance and availability for all groups and stores.
  • Ensure all customer contacts and stores in your territory are visited as frequently as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  • Clear understanding of the grocery channel and key customers.
  • Track record in achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to utilize and understand category and financial insights.
  • Strong relationship-builder.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and being out in the field.
