Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Construction Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our client's team on a 24-storey, RC Frame, £55m Apartment Block project in North London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-rise, multi-room schemes with project values over £20m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the activities of all site personnel to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Manage the project safely, drive quality management, and monitor programmes.
  • Supervise direct and sub-contract labour, coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient operations.
  • Identify and notify development areas across the team, motivating staff and colleagues to perform.

Requirements:

  • Education to HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation.
  • Relevant CSCS card.
