Job Summary:
Market 36 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve exceptional client results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid search, paid social, and programmatic display campaigns, consistently delivering valuable client results.
- Architect campaigns aligned with best practices and client objectives.
- Collaborate with industry giants to ensure the implementation of best-in-class campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Track campaign performance, recommend optimizations, and implement them.
- Pave the way for new digital buying techniques, including modern search practices and measurement-focused bid strategies.
- Attend virtual and in-person meetings, working closely with clients.
- Assist the Digital Director in department-level decisions, implementing processes, and adopting new technologies for enhanced efficiency and performance.
- Manage a Digital Account Executive and support senior employees.
- Contribute to the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction of new team members, ensuring seamless integration into the company culture and processes.
- Leverage your experience and expertise to contribute to the collective knowledge pool. Foster cross-team collaboration by sharing insights and best practices with colleagues.
- Set the standard by adhering to company policies, procedures, and directives, ensuring the team is fully aware of and compliant with these guidelines.
Requirements:
- Technical expertise, business acumen, agency (multi-client) experience
- At least 18 months of experience at Account Management level
- 2/3 years agency experience
- PPC Campaign Management
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is desirable, though not essential
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads and Facebook blueprint, are highly desirable
- Experience of hands-on, in-depth experience in paid search
- Proven experience in planning and executing paid social and/or programmatic display campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to oversee all aspects of a paid media campaign, including keyword research/audience creation, copywriting, bidding, concept planning, search term analysis, and landing page optimization
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
