About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our team at Co-op Digital. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the store team, coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, and delivering great customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the store team and ensure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and customer feedback.
