About the Role

As a key member of the Outernet Venue team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Whether it's a live concert, club night, or private event, you will be the face of our venue and play a critical role in creating lasting memories for our patrons.

You will be expected to:

  • Familiarize yourself with our ticketing system and accurately process transactions.
  • Manage guest lists and provide exceptional service to our VIP guests.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure the safe and secure storage of guests' belongings in our cloakroom.
  • Interact with guests to provide a personalized experience, exchanging tickets for items and returning them to their owners.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our cloakroom.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers to address any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve our service standards and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-volume environment. You should have a strong understanding of point-of-sale systems and be able to work effectively in a team. Above all, you must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
