As part of our ongoing expansion, Acorn Insurance Ltd is excited to present an excellent opportunity to join our Claims division.
In the role of Liability Claims Specialist, you will showcase your expertise in claims management by effectively overseeing and monitoring a variety of claims.
Your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in resolving liability matters promptly to enhance operational efficiency.
Utilizing your time management abilities, you will investigate, identify, and report any potential fraud issues while ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Our office is situated in a vibrant city center, offering stunning views, excellent transport connections, and proximity to various shops, dining options, and attractions.
Your responsibilities will include managing a small portfolio of TBE claims with decisiveness and efficiency.Expect a high volume of outbound communications and proactive engagement with all parties involved to expedite liability resolutions.
Each claim will be retained for a maximum of 14 days (10 working days), after which it will be reassigned to the appropriate team if liability remains unresolved.
Validate all claims for indemnity and potential fraud concerns.Identify all aspects of claims at the earliest opportunity to mitigate risks and minimize claims leakage.
Manage claims in accordance with the reserving philosophy, applying a proactive approach when considering closures.
Maintain a proactive diary system to track and advance each claim.
Demonstrate proactive claims management skills.
