Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Strategic Shopper Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic shopper marketing initiatives that drive sales and enhance the shopper experience. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail landscape and be able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic shopper marketing initiatives: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Manage retail media and shopper marketing agency relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and agencies to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness: Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of shopper marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage budgets and resources: Manage budgets for retail media and shopper marketing activities and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign impact.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team: Develop and manage a high-performing team to drive business results and achieve company goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape: Have a deep understanding of the retail landscape and be able to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills: Have excellent communication and project management skills to effectively manage relationships with retail partners and agencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
