About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to join our client, a leading business in York City Centre, for a 6-month contract. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the business in running an End-to-End Management Accounting process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review journals
  • Cost centre reporting
  • Prepare actuals
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Support the business with ad hoc project work, including process improvement work and acquisition work
  • Process purchase orders and invoices
Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Aptitude for transactional and reporting processes
  • Solid grasp of mathematics and financial data
  • Excellent time and project management skills
