We are seeking a driven and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at GCB Recruitment. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to potential buyers and homeowners, generating new business, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with our Estate Agency team to ensure effective referrals and maximize business opportunities.
  • Provide face-to-face advice to clients in our branch, ensuring a high level of service and compliance.
  • Write and submit Mortgage and Protection business, chasing potential leads and generating new business.
  • Work closely with our team to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum CeMAP 1 qualification.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
  • Driven to achieve targets and offer excellent customer service.

Benefits:

  • Basic salary: £22,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience).
  • OTE: £50,000 - £60,000.
  • Great progression opportunities.
  • Guarantee.
  • Car allowance.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time.
  • Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays (with lieu day provided).
