Job Summary:

Lynn Bennett Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team as a Strategic Change Manager. In this role, you will drive and generate positive outcomes for workforce-related projects to be delivered within the company's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Design and Development: Collaborate with the Head of People and OD to define and develop project scopes and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change programs related to workforce transformation, including re-organizations, restructuring, and consultations.
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project proposals that are evidence-based, operationally effective, and value for money, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage internal and external stakeholders, modeling a collaborative and influencing style of working, negotiating to achieve the best outcomes in project delivery.
  • Communication: Work with the internal comms team to ensure effective delivery of information, articulating a clear and concise message to various stakeholder groups.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing change programs related to workforce transformation, with a proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Qualifications: Relevant project management experience within the HR function, with a CIPD qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly connect and develop working relationships with project stakeholders, including leaders and external partners.
