Lead Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer to join our team at Altech Group Ltd. As a key member of our digital product team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional user experiences across our web and mobile platforms.

About the Role:

  • Lead the design of our digital products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop design solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our design processes.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve product performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience design.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
