Job Title: Lead Administrator, Trauma Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Administrator to join our Trauma Education team at WAVE Trauma Centre. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Project Co-ordinator and the Trauma Education team, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Project Co-ordinator and the Trauma Education team.
  • Assist with the coordination of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

  • A competitive salary of £29,269 per annum.
  • 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) and 11 statutory days.
