We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our Buying Team at LeMieux. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Buying Team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate the Buying Team's workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Provide weekly product trackers and sales information to support business demands.
  • Build and maintain internal and external customer relationships, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Participate in and lead ad hoc projects as requested by the senior buying team.
  • Perform various daily administrative tasks, including communication with stakeholders via email and phone.
Requirements
