Your Role

As the Cluster Safety & Security Manager, you will be responsible for implementing security protocols and ensuring the safety of our guests, staff, and property across our hotels in the region. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the security of hotel facilities, parking areas, guests, employees, and all property within the premises.
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the security department while collaborating with other hotel departments.
  • Adapting to changes in the security schedule, including covering shifts as needed.
  • Training team members on security procedures, policies, and best practices, while monitoring their performance.
  • Within legal and company guidelines, addressing any offenses occurring on the property.
  • Representing the company in legal matters, including signing police documents and attending court as needed.

What We Seek

  • A genuine passion for guest satisfaction and hospitality.
  • A commitment to maintaining high safety standards for both guests and staff.
  • Previous experience in a similar safety and security role within the hospitality sector is advantageous.
  • A leadership mindset focused on developing and inspiring the security team.
  • Possession of SIA License, First Aid certification, and NEBOSH qualification is highly preferred.
