Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced dental systems throughout your region.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  2. Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on our dental systems
  3. Identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to promote our products and services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A qualification in electronics or a related technical discipline
  2. Previous field service experience in an electronics or electro-mechanical sector
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. A flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges
  5. A full UK driving licence
