About the Role

As a Clinical Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our multidisciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to learn and gain a SVQ Level 3 Healthcare (Clinical) and embed the learnings into practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support to patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of patient needs and preferences
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a National 5 or above in English and Mathematics or core skills at level 5, as well as a full UK driving license. Previous experience working in a healthcare setting would be beneficial.
