We are seeking a seasoned Senior Heritage Consultant or Associate Director to join our esteemed environmental consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of heritage-related projects, providing expert advice to clients on planning processes and contributing to new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive heritage impact assessments
  • Provide expert advice at various stages of development, from feasibility to appeals
  • Act as an expert witness when required
  • Grow our client base through networking and maintaining excellent client relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years' experience in a relevant role
  • Strong understanding of planning and heritage legislation
  • Ability to assess the impact of changes on heritage assets
  • Membership with IHBC and experience with EIA assessments
