About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team in Bognor Regis. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our high standards, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that all kitchen tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves happy and satisfied.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

What You'll Bring
  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or Commis Chef.
  • A driven and relentless attitude, with a positive can-do approach.
  • Good communication skills and a team player mentality.
  • Self-motivation to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
