Head of Partnerships and Strategic Development

This is an exciting opportunity to join Cardiff and Vale University Health Board as we strengthen our priorities and approaches to supporting people with a learning disability. As a senior lead, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the development and implementation of the key Learning Disability strategic objectives and deliver the development, implementation, and evaluation of health service transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with CAVUHB, Cardiff and the Vale Local Authorities and SBUHB transformation leads, service managers, external partners, service user and carers and wider public.
- Lead and support the development and implementation of the key Learning Disability strategic objectives and deliver the development, implementation, and evaluation of service transformation.
- Manage dedicated project resources and service resources contributing to Learning Disability delivery.
- Lead and participate in multi-agency planning and transformation groups and support the production of joint strategies and delivery plans.
