Accounts & Audit Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager to join our team at Puro Accountancy. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and VAT returns.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing sound financial guidance and advice.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Project Management: Contribute to ad-hoc projects and special assignments, demonstrating expertise in accounting, auditing, VAT, taxation, PAYE, and general business advisory services.
- Qualifications: ACCA or ACA qualification, complemented by relevant experience in audit and accounts.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years working within a UK accounting practice.
