Job Title: Digital Systems Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Systems Apprentice. As a key member of our digital support team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging our audience, and driving traffic to our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level digital support to staff and clients, working collaboratively across our network to resolve issues and process requests.
  • Become an expert user of Nevis, Excel, and Sharepoint, with advanced access to reconcile queries, generate reports, and provide information requests.
  • Work closely with our teams to ensure all staff and clients have a clear understanding of specific features and how to use them for record keeping, finance requirements, and supplier/client support.
  • Contribute to reporting for incoming client files, preparing relevant documentation, generating client-specific reports, and invoicing using Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
  • Develop into a super user in Nevis, leading to an expert level of knowledge that will be shared with other end-users across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Good foundation knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High standard of processing and numeracy.
  • Strong keyboard skills.
  • Excellent communicator at all levels.
  • Good team player.
  • Previous work experience providing customer service.

  • Competitive salary: £12,480 per annum for under 18s, £16,770 per annum for 18 and 19 year olds.
