Your Role: Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of building repairs across residential homes, schools, and commercial properties within South Gloucestershire.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute maintenance tasks in residential properties, encompassing plumbing repairs, carpentry, painting, flooring, and more.
  • Provide minor works maintenance services for schools and commercial buildings.
  • Assess work environments and prepare cost estimates for necessary repairs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and professional standards in all tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of work activities and communicate effectively with contractors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property maintenance and a thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as mobile technologies for efficient work completion.
  • Strong literacy skills with the ability to interpret information accurately.
  • Valid driving license with CPC to category C1E.
