SHEQ Administrator Job Description

Smart City Recruiters Ltd is seeking an experienced SHEQ Administrator to join our team in Bellshill. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to the SHEQ Manager and the wider business, ensuring the smooth operation of our SHEQ systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the SHEQ Manager, including maintaining accurate records, producing reports, and processing documents.
  • Operate office databases and systems, ensuring timely and efficient processing of relevant documents.
  • Support the business-critical training Matrix, working closely with internal training provision.
  • Produce Team Talk sweep up listings and carry out other reasonable duties for this role.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative experience, preferably in a Health and Safety environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise tasks effectively.
Desirable:
  • Previous construction office experience.
  • Ability to produce PowerPoint presentations.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
