The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our Campus Development team within the Estates Directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering complex repair and refurbishment projects, from inception to handover. This will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders across the university, delivering the Estates Strategy within a multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver complex repair and refurbishment projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in building surveying
  • Relevant professional membership such as MRICS/MCIOB (or equivalent)
