Fleet Operations Coordinator
Location: Worcester with a blend of remote and office work
Salary: £23,270 per annum (pro rata)

Position Type: Temporary for a specified duration
We are seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our dedicated Fleet team in Worcester. This team of five is responsible for the daily operations that ensure Sanctuary's fleet of vehicles is fully operational. The role encompasses a variety of tasks, from general administrative duties to specific responsibilities related to vehicle management, such as approving drivers, arranging vehicle hires for business purposes, and updating the fleet management system to maintain accurate records of all vehicle operational data. While experience in a fleet department is preferred, we are open to training a skilled general administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering and managing vehicle hires, tracking updates, and scheduling deliveries.
- Maintaining comprehensive fleet data through the Group's fleet management system.
- Performing administrative tasks for approximately 3,000 drivers, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Establishing strong working relationships with clients by addressing fleet inquiries promptly and providing exceptional customer service.
- Contributing to the enhancement of processes and procedures to improve team efficiency.
- Inputting and maintaining precise employee and fleet records concerning necessary documentation and licensing requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a similar role within a transport or operational environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Familiarity with current fleet legislation and documentation requirements is beneficial.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail is crucial, as is the accuracy of the information provided.
- A positive and adaptable work ethic, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
