About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to join our team at Change Digital - Digital & Tech Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the IT department and developing an IT strategy that drives innovation and enables business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Strategy and Leadership: Develop and deliver an IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and drives innovation.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the successful provision of all IT services, delivered either internally or externally, as required by the business.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the infrastructure environment, including physical and virtual systems, in conjunction with in-house resources and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Desktop Estate Management: Manage and maintain the desktop estate, delivering operational enablement using in-house resources.
  • Security and Compliance: Manage highlighted security alerts and provide a robust and proactive level of service for all stakeholders.
  • Infrastructure Development: Manage and improve the overall Infrastructure estate, focusing on consolidation, efficiency, and capability enablement.
  • Systems Architecture and Infrastructure: Establish and maintain systems architecture and infrastructure, including physical and virtual systems, and establish procedures and policies for day-to-day administration.
  • Client Partnerships: Establish strong partnerships with key client contacts to devise on-going technical strategy.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience managing a large multi-site IT landscape, with a strong technical background including cloud migration.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including experience working in a contact centre or BPO environment, and able to work effectively with board-level teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
