Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will partner with several directors within your business unit to influence and drive organizational change. You will be part of a fantastic team of HR professionals collaborating to support the business' growth and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
  • Champion the culture and values, partnering with directors to build their organizations and inform people decisions with data
  • Provide human resource expertise in transformational and organizational change, talent management, employee relations, executive coaching, and development
  • Lead complex HR programs and initiatives, raising awareness of HR best practices across the organization

Requirements:

  • A progressive Senior HR professional with partnering experience in a complex environment
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at director level
  • Able to demonstrate clear, critical decision-making capability at pace and take responsibility for outcomes
  • FCIPD qualification or equivalent
