ER Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ER Specialist to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will work closely with our Manager to provide a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in employee relations or HR shared services
  • Proven case management skills, handling high volumes with ease
  • Organized approach to case management, with a focus on employee relations
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, building strong relationships with line managers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of employee relations, with the ability to offer advice on a case-by-case basis
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days in the office
  • Permanent contract, with a salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
