Essential Skills:

  • Proficient understanding of architectural principles for designing scalable and reliable data-driven applications in cloud environments.
  • Experience with engineering best practices, including code refactoring, design patterns, test-driven development, and application security.
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript (especially React), Python (preferred), RESTful APIs, and various database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, cloud-native).
  • Knowledge of major cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, including its architecture and tools.
  • Practical experience in integrating third-party software through APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing expectations and influencing technology decisions at senior levels.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Desirable Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI capabilities as they relate to data solutions.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and driving innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and creativity in developing efficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Active participation in team discussions, providing valuable insights and feedback.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
