Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and deliver individualized care to patients with neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, and complex stroke.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, utilizing advanced clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice.
- Lead and support the care team on shift, ensuring seamless delivery of care and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Requirements
- A current NMC Pin registration.
- A legal right to work in the UK.
