About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Response Coordinator to join our team at INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL GROUP HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our global assistance team, you will play a critical role in providing emergency assistance to our clients who suffer injury or illness while overseas or require roadside assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency assistance to clients who require medical care, loss handling, or return home assistance
  • Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless assistance
  • Utilize strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work under pressure to handle high volumes of varied customer calls
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in insurance, assistance, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and an additional language (German, French, or Italian)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
