This is a fantastic opportunity to join Aviva as a Fraud Claims Investigator, supporting our commercial property claims team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing potentially fraudulent claims, investigating and gathering evidence, and working closely with customers and third parties to resolve claims efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and review potentially fraudulent claims referred from various sources
- Conduct thorough investigations, gathering evidence and supporting genuine customers' claims
- Deal with customer inquiries and provide excellent communication skills
- Manage your own workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a caseload of active investigations
- Desirable but not essential to have experience in fraud investigations and possible outcomes
- Experience working in commercial insurance claims or commercial fraud investigation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage personal workload and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of UK legislation, including The Fraud Act 2006 (desirable)
- Salary circa £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary (Actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's)
