As a key member of our Communications and Marketing Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of our communications, marketing, and engagement strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a range of communications and marketing activities to promote CityCare's vision, strategy, and plan.
- Ensure effective internal and external communications to support audience engagement, including the development of internal communications channels, events, and campaigns.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of CityCare's communications channels, activities, and initiatives to drive engagement with all audiences and ensure clarity and consistency of messages.
- Oversee the development of internal KPIs using data analysis to demonstrate the success of promotions and campaigns.
- Produce and implement the CityCare weekly social media plan, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with our brand.
- Manage CityCare's digital channels, including the website, intranet, and social media, ensuring content is up-to-date and representative of Nottingham's communities.
- Develop and manage an annual cycle marketing campaign calendar to support the delivery of planned campaigns and promotions.
- Significant experience of working in a relevant communication, PR, marketing, and/or engagement role.
- Demonstrable experience of managing communications in a complex, fast-paced, and challenging environment.
- Knowledge of how to create an effective communications and engagement plan.
- Experience in delivering communications projects and campaigns, thinking creatively to deliver return on investment.
- Experience of monitoring/evaluating communications activity.
- Experience of working with the media and handling potentially sensitive media enquiries.
- Sound understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.
- Experience of working in a deadline-driven, customer-focused environment, delivering a high volume of work within timescales, deadlines, and within budget.
- Experience of maintaining and developing communications and engagement channels.
- Knowledge of best practice in communication and engagement.
- Knowledge of using a wide range of online and written communication channels and techniques to promote messaging internally.
- Experience and knowledge of working in a healthcare/NHS environment.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Educated to degree level in communications, journalism, PR, or equivalent, or significant relevant experience.
- Evidence of continued professional development in communications, PR, and marketing, keeping abreast of latest developments and best practice.
