HOURGLASS COSMETICS – Dual Site Business Manager (Full Time)
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our flagship accounts, spending two days per week at each location, supporting the team and completing administrative tasks as needed.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Manage all counter systems, including daily sales analysis, product orders, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to plan seasonal strategies, including store events and promotions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, building relationships with key stakeholders within the cosmetic department and the entire store.
- Travel to London may be required to attend trainings or events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail cosmetics management, with a strong understanding of luxury brand management.
- Excellent skills as a makeup artist and sales person, with the ability to connect artistry and selling.
- Effective communication skills with clients, peers, and management.
- Ability to analyze sales results, forecasts, and promotional planning.
- Availability to work weekends is required.
