Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Law Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our employment law team, you will handle a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, providing expert legal advice to employer clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload from initial instruction to completion, providing expert legal advice to employer clients.
  • Handle a broad spectrum of employment law issues, including settlement agreements, Modern Slavery Act compliance, corporate support for M&A transactions, restructuring, changing terms and conditions, and large-scale redundancy exercises.
  • Provide strategic advice on Boardroom and Senior Management Team (SMT) disputes, operational HR matters, and data protection compliance.
  • Represent clients in employment tribunals, ensuring comprehensive preparation and effective advocacy.
  • Work on multidisciplinary projects in conjunction with the Corporate & Commercial, Commercial Litigation, and Commercial Property teams.
Requirements
  • 3 years PQE up to Senior Associate level in employment law, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
  • Willingness to collaborate with other departments on multidisciplinary projects.
