Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive lead generation and business growth.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, focusing on high-quality lead generation.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse and report on marketing performance, using insights to optimize future campaigns and activities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing materials.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, working closely with internal teams to support lead generation efforts.
  • Drive referral programs aimed at increasing customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing campaign management, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in budget management, ensuring cost-effective allocation of marketing resources.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • B2B marketing experience (Preferred not essential).
