Technical Authority - RF and EW

Be part of QinetiQ's journey as a Technical Authority - RF and EW, joining our team of dedicated professionals who deliver Systems Engineering aspects of identified Systems, Subordinate Systems & Components for projects across the IDT.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid and flexible working options. Some travel is involved, including Range visits and multi-site working and collaboration with partner teams and companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and retaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues at senior management levels to support growth and successful delivery.
  • Setting the definition of technical maturation and progress tracking against requirements in support of delivering to time, cost, and quality.
  • Managing multiple multi-disciplinary teams across remote sites.
  • Allocation, coordination, and maturation tracking of work within a portfolio of projects.
  • Experience in managing successful sub-contracts to time, cost, and quality.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in managing multiple multi-disciplinary teams across a number of remote sites.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Experience in managing successful sub-contracts to time, cost, and quality.
  • A full clean UK driving licence.
