The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be highly organised, with strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail.
An accounting qualification such as AAT would be a significant advantage, or some experience in a credit control environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring customer accounts' balances and reporting on overdue debts.
- To monitor payment plans in line with the credit policy and procedures.
- Producing reminder letters to chase overdue invoices within agreed timescales.
- Maintaining accurate records of all chasing activity.
- Regular referral of overdue accounts to the managing agents.
- Monthly customer accounts reconciliations.
About You:
- Strong numerical skills.
- Accounts or office experience - 1 year (preferred).
- Strong IT Skills - MS Office packages, Excel.
