We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Coach to join our team at Recruited UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants in both custodial and community settings, providing high-quality support and guidance to help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of participants and provide individualized support to help them achieve their employment goals.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to help participants overcome barriers to employment, such as lack of skills or experience.
- Provide guidance and support to help participants develop the skills and knowledge needed to secure and maintain employment.
- Work closely with participants to identify and address any obstacles that may be preventing them from achieving their employment goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants and make adjustments to their plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a community or custodial setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
