About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join our team at the Leys Leisure Centre in Oxford. As a Fitness Coach, you will play a critical role in inspiring our members to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Group Fitness and Small Group Training sessions
  • Provide Personal Training sessions to members
  • Coach members on effective health and fitness programs
  • Advise on the safe use of exercise equipment
  • Contribute to creating a community-oriented environment
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification
  • Active working towards a Level 3 Instructor Qualification
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A passion for health and fitness
