Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Location: Onsite

Salary: Starting from £40,748 – depending on skills and experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking the delivery of equipment and information, facilitating regular working groups, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and report on equipment and information delivery
  • Facilitate regular working groups for equipment availability
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather information
  • Review and report on build/test schedules
  • Raise new requests for emerging demands
  • Facilitate readiness reviews on upcoming Key Build activities

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Experience working with projects or in a project support role
  • Data analysis experience, including tracking information and producing reports
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of SAP or Teamcentre
